The goal

The goal of this website project was to create a new site that more thoroughly explains the types of clientele Milliken Advisors serves and to help visitors understand that the firm offers services far more extensive than traditional forestry consulting. The site was designed to reach people who see their land as an investment and are looking to maximize the value of their land-based assets.

  • Cross-selling – Linked to the Mossy Oak Properties/Milliken Advisors Realty Group to connect real estate and consulting traffic.
  • Ongoing engagement – Added a newsletter signup and Instagram feed to keep prospects engaged before they were ready to reach out.
  • Lead funneling – Set up all pages to drive traffic toward a single Contact page.
  • Basic SEO – Implemented metadata, Open Graph images, Google Analytics, Search Console, SSL, and speed optimization so the site was findable, secure, and fast.
  • Mobile-responsive design – Designed the site to look and function well across phones, tablets, and desktops.
