Premium Window and Door had an outdated website and a logo that needed some fresh font treatment and color updates. The website did not showcase images of residential and commercial projects that the company had worked on more recently and didn’t include information about the many brands of windows and doors that the company provides. The website looked dated, didn’t display well on various types of devices, and wasn’t serving as the window and door selling tool that it could be.

The refreshed website contains over 40 pages of in-depth information about the kinds of insurance and employee benefits products and services the company provides. The information is well-organized and presented with ease of use for the end-user in mind. Potential clients can now land on the site and skim it to find the information they need, and can then drill down and read more about it. They have multiple places on the website where they can get help through either a phone number they can call or a form they can fill out to be contacted.
Overall, the site effectively conveys the message that Palmetto Insurance Group is a boutique insurance and employee benefits company that provides personalized, one-on-one service to its clients. Similar to the customized, concierge-level service that Palmetto Insurance Group provides, the website also offers rich information that helps businesses and individuals get more educated about their options so that they can save money and take advantage of specialized products that can improve their businesses and lives.
