Block of Time Packages

Blocks of time can be purchased to address a variety of website, graphics, and marketing needs, such as:

Reduced hourly rate – Our blocks have tiered pricing so that the more hours you buy, the lower the hourly rate. Without a block of time, our standard rate is $185/hour.
Immediate priority – Your requests move to the front of the line.
One payment for the year – Covers updates for 12 months. Additional time can be purchased if needed.
Flexible use – Website changes, social media assistance, training, or print design.
Proactive improvements – We can plan ahead and keep you informed about new developments (for example, we’re currently encouraging clients to add a privacy policy).
Cost certainty – You lock in current rates for 12 months.
Convenient online support form – You can add your request to our client care support form for any support needs that arise.

* Blocks of time are valid for one year. They must be purchased in advance. Unused support hours do not roll over into the next year.
